Ep. 165 Jamee Nall – It’s Dexatrim Part 1
Jamee Nall – It’s Dexatrim Part 1
Jamee Nall joins Aaron and Nick this week on the Quik & Slow Comedy Show for an episode so grand, it has two parts. In the first edition, the gang including stowaway from last week, Mark McCue, rage-enraged, denim jacket aficionado, Nathan Semenyna, and, Shawn ‘the Insaniac’ Gramiak, assist in turning this show into a spectacle. The real fun begins when Nall reveals the myriad of prescription drugs in her purse are enough for the whole team.*
Jamee has been performing stand up for six months but attests she has been practicing comedy her whole life. She draws inspiration from the ‘Kids in the Hall’ (especially her godfather of comedy, Bruce McCullough) and the incessant mania she calls ADHD.
In this first of two episodes, Jamee tries to quiet the voices while she talks about the first joke she told on stage and her job at Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club; then she arm-wrestles Mark as the others in studio test the strength of her meds. Stick around after the interview for some excellent clips off the cutting room floor.
This is another wonderful episode. Everyone at the podcast hope listeners enjoy the hysteria because it is great! Stay tuned for part two early next week when things get really weird!
*I said drugs.
